Accessibility statement
Accessibility Sentinel, published by Crystal Trois (EURL), is committed to making its website accessible. This is a voluntary commitment: the site does not fall within the scope of the services covered by Article 47 of French law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005, nor of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act), but we apply to our own site the same framework and method we use for our audits.
To that end, Accessibility Sentinel implements the following actions:
- a full audit of the site at every major change, using the audit platform we run for the lab programme;
- remediation of the non-conformities found, followed by a full verification re-audit (latest cycle: audit on 15 July 2026, fixes deployed and re-verified the same day);
- publication of the results, including what is not conformant and what our tooling cannot yet decide.
This accessibility statement applies to accessibility-sentinel.com (as of 15 July 2026, after re-audit of the fixes).
Compliance status
The accessibility-sentinel.com website is in partial compliance with RGAA version 4.1.2: every criterion our audit chain can measure is compliant (100%), but 37 criteria could not yet be verified automatically — we therefore do not claim full compliance until they have been checked manually.
Test results
The compliance audit was carried out on 15 July 2026 by Accessibility Sentinel with its own audit platform (self-assessment — the same tool chain and evidence requirements applied to the sites audited under the lab programme). A first pass in the morning found 5 non-conformities; the fixes were deployed and then re-verified by a second full audit the same day. The audit covers all 22 published pages (11 French + 11 English, including the site-map pages added as a fix): exhaustive coverage, not a sample.
- 100% of the RGAA 4.1.2 criteria measured are met: 30 criteria compliant, 0 non-compliant, 39 not applicable to the site's content. The rate is computed at the level of the official RGAA unit tests, with not-applicable criteria excluded from the denominator. The mechanically proven rate (excluding all checks decided by a multimodal-model judgment) is identical: 100%.
- 37 RGAA criteria remain undecided by our automated chain; they are counted neither compliant nor non-compliant. A manual verification protocol is documented for each of them in the audit report. Some criteria re-measured after the fixes (e.g. contrast) deliberately move back to "undecided" rather than "compliant" when our tooling covers only part of their official tests — a prudence rule of our method.
- Against WCAG 2.1/2.2 level AA (a distinct framework, assessed independently): 25 criteria compliant, 0 non-compliant, 14 not applicable, 17 undecided — no known WCAG non-conformity, but AA conformance will only be claimed once the remaining criteria have been verified.
Non-accessible content
Non-conformities
No known non-conformity to date on the measured criteria (RGAA and WCAG). The criteria not yet decided by our automated chain are covered by the action plan below.
Fixes applied on 15 July 2026 (each verified by re-audit)
- contrast of the statistics-card link: 1.24:1 → 13.09:1, with underline added;
- contact-form field borders: ~1.5:1 → 3.45:1;
- a site map was added (FR and EN), linked from the footer of every page — the site now offers two navigation systems;
- clickable targets brought to at least 24×24 px (footer links in particular);
- focus masking by the cookie banner (WCAG 2.4.11): fixed and re-verified in first-visit state (banner displayed) — the focused element is now brought out of the banner's area, and the banner sits at the start of the tab order; no overlap measured across ~35 keyboard stops per tested page.
Exemptions for disproportionate burden
None.
Content not within the scope of this statement
Third-party services linked from the site (calendar.google.com booking, the external cnil.fr and ovh.com websites) are not covered by this statement.
Action plan
- manually verify the 37 RGAA criteria (and 17 WCAG criteria) not yet decided automatically, following the protocols documented in the audit report;
- fully re-audit the site at the next major change.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 15 July 2026 (updated the same day after the re-audit of the fixes).
Technologies used to build the site
- HTML5;
- CSS;
- JavaScript.
Test environment
Content rendering was verified with the NVDA screen reader (actually captured speech output) combined with a Chromium browser on Windows 11.
Tools used to assess accessibility
- axe-core 4.9.1 run in a real browser;
- W3C HTML validator (Nu Html Checker), local instance;
- an automated in-browser test battery: independent contrast computations, geometric measurements (touch targets, label position), focus visibility and masking (including in first-visit state, cookie banner displayed), 200% text zoom, text spacing, forced colours, keyboard navigation, reading order with CSS disabled, pages without JavaScript;
- NVDA screen reader with an element-by-element cross-check between the computed accessible name and the speech actually announced;
- a real session-timeout test: form left idle for 30 minutes with checks every 5 minutes;
- multimodal vision-model-assisted judgments (relevance of decorative images and labels, information conveyed by colour or shape alone), always retained with their evidence and human spot-checked; their share is isolated in the "mechanically proven" rate.
